According to a UN draft report, peace keepers have been accussed of withholding food from refugees in war-torn countries and exchanging it for sex. The document by the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) says it has found that hundreds of women in Haiti and Liberia have been motivated by hunger and poverty to sell their bodies to these peace keepers to keep their families alive.
