overdrive with sources claiming one thing and another. She sent out this tweet to her fans ""So many rumours... we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!" wrote Kim."
She followed it up with another post that read: "Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!"
