Its been raining in Lagos every day for about a week now, and this morning the heavens opened once again and it rained heavily. Streets and houses were flooded, especially within highbrow areas of Lekki, Ajah, Victoria island etc The hold up was also hectic as people had a hard time getting to work, some had to resort to taking off their shoes and wading in the water.
